About us

About Lexium Solutions

We are a compact team of researchers, strategists, designers and engineers who would rather do a few things properly than everything adequately.

Founded in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Working with owner-led businesses across the United States and beyond.

Who are we?

A specialist team, deliberately kept small

See how we work

Lexium Solutions was founded on a simple observation: most businesses do not need a bigger agency, they need a closer one. We stay small enough that the people you meet in the first call are the people doing the work six months later.

Our focus sits at the intersection of research and digital marketing. We study customer behavior, verify what we find against trusted industry data, and turn it into strategic marketing plans with a strong bias towards search and the wider digital ecosystem.

  • A small team of specialists

No layers of account handlers between you and the people doing the work. Everyone here has run campaigns, shipped sites or sat in front of customers.

  • Customer behavior research

We study how your buyers search, compare and decide, then build the plan around those habits instead of assumptions about them.

  • Verified industry data

Recommendations are backed by sourced figures from reputable industry datasets, not numbers borrowed from a competitor blog post.

  • Strategic marketing plans

Every engagement produces a written plan with priorities, owners and measures, so progress is visible to everyone from week one.

The businesses that thrive in the digital era are rarely the ones with the biggest budgets. They are the ones that understand their customers a little better than everyone else, and act on it faster. Our job is to give owners that understanding, then help them use it.

How we work

Three habits our clients notice first

01

Say the useful thing

If a channel is not working, or a budget is too small to matter, we say so early. Comfortable silence is expensive.

02

Evidence over opinion

Strong opinions are welcome in the room, but the data settles the argument and the results settle the strategy.

03

Build things that last

Quick wins are fine, but we prefer the compounding kind: technical foundations, content and authority that keep paying off.

Common questions

Questions we get asked a lot

If something here is not covered, ask us directly. We would rather answer it before you sign anything.

Ask us something else

Can I choose only the services my business needs?

Yes. Nothing here is sold as a fixed bundle. Most clients start with one or two areas, often SEO and paid search, or a website build, then add others once there is evidence they will pay for themselves. We will happily tell you when a service is not worth buying yet.

How does your pricing work?

We work on monthly retainers for ongoing services and fixed project fees for defined pieces of work such as a website build or a research study. Every proposal itemizes what is included before you sign, and there are no hidden costs. Advertising media spend is always separate and paid directly to the platforms from your own account.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Retainers run on an initial three-month term, because channels like SEO and paid search need that long to produce a trustworthy signal. After the initial term everything moves to a rolling monthly arrangement with 30 days notice. Project work has no ongoing commitment at all.

Who will I actually be working with?

You get one dedicated account manager as your single point of contact, supported by the specialists doing the work: search, paid media, design, development and research. No call center, no rotating cast, and you can reach your manager directly rather than through a ticket queue.
